We invite you to take part in our public consultation for the development of land South of Lilbourne Road, Clifton upon Dunsmore.
Mackenzie Miller Homes, a Warwickshire based SME housebuilder, is bringing forward proposals for a new high-quality residential development of up to 180 homes. The development will provide a mix of housing types and tenures, including 30% affordable homes, to meet local needs. There is also potential for some of the housing to be bungalows, reflecting an aspiration of the emerging Neighbourhood Plan. It will also deliver a central village green, restore a historic tree-lined avenue and create extensive public open space for both future residents and the local community to enjoy. The proposals also include provision for a new community facility with associated car parking to support local residents, events and social interaction. A new children’s play area is also proposed, broadly located next to the community facility.
