Potential for an element of bungalow development, reflecting the aspirations of the emerging Neighbourhood Plan.;
-
A central village green and public open space, designed as a focal point for both existing and future residents. ;
-
A new community facility with car parking, providing a valuable space for local groups, activities and events.;
-
A new children’s incidental play area broadly located next to the community facility;
-
Restoration of a historic tree-lined avenue and retention of key landscape features.;
-
Strong pedestrian and cycle links, including connections into Clifton upon Dunsmore and the wider network.;
-
A comprehensive landscape-led approach delivering a biodiversity net gain.;
-
A primary vehicular access from Lilbourne Road and an emergency-only access from Hillmorton Lane.
The design approach responds sensitively to the Site’s heritage and landscape setting, including Clifton Conservation Area and The Old Hall.
